【摘要】:ThispartofISO1874specifiesthemethodsofprep-arationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpolyamidemouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbe-foretestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.Propertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizepolyamidemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO1874,asarethedesignatoryproper-tiesfoundinpart1:viscositynumberandtensilemodulusofelasticity.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofprepa-rationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeter-minedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseob-tainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
