【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofgroundpowerequipment,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandservicecompanies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:--groundpowerunitseitherself-propelledortowable(ExamplesseeAnnexA);--groundpowerequipmentwhenmountedonotherGSE;--groundpoweraccessoriesintendedforgroundpowerequipment(includingaccessoriesforfixedequipment).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:--theelectricalcharacteristicsofthesupply,thetypeofpowersupplysystemandrelatedmeasuresagainstcontact;--anyelectricalsupplysystemnotintendedforaircraftuse;--theon-boardelectricalsystemoftheaircraft.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletogroundpowerequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
